Job Description.

We are in search of an IT pro to join our Raleigh team! We need a troubleshooter and problem solver who can provide Tier 1-2 support for our employees. This person will be responsible for all hardware, software and network issues that arise, including diagnosing internet problems, debugging applications and performing machine maintenance.   • Experience: 3-6 years

The Must Haves

  • Track record of providing excellent support
    *Must have!*
  • Experience with network support
    Must be able to navigate Fortigate firewalls, WAPs, Cisco switches, internet servers and other network infrastructures with confidence.
  • Experience with hardware support
    Including troubleshooting and configuring VOIP and Polycom phones, desktop computers, printers, smart phones and more.
  • Exceptional communication skills
    The person in this role will work closely with our Raleigh employees and our off-shore team.
  • Experience solving software issues
    Must have deep knowledge of Mac and Windows operating systems.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
    We want partners, not employees.

The Good to Haves

  • Experience with Asterisk server
    Knowledge of IP PBX, SIP trunking and VPN tunneling.
  • Microsoft Windows certifications
    Are a plus.
